Q. What does 100% mobile service mean?
A. New Look Auto does not have an office location. Our staff will meet you at your vehicle and perform all repairs.
Q. Will my vehicle repair look like new?
A. Yes, the surface of the repair will be shiny and require no further cleaning or repairs once we are finished.
Q. Can New Look Auto remove any dent?
A. We can repair minor dents on all steel and aluminum surfaces, including doors, hoods, roofs, trunks, fenders, tailgates, etc. We cannot repair collision damage or dents that have stretched the metal.
Q. Will Paintless Dent Repair damage the existing painted surface?
A. No, the acrylic urethane paints used on todays vehicles are durable and elastic.
